More Than Just Listening—Real Tools for Real Change
I am a firm believer in the therapeutic process as a means to achieve healing and positive change. As a woman in long-term recovery, I deeply understand the journey to heal and the importance of having someone to walk beside you along the way.

With over 10 years of experience as a licensed chemical dependency counselor, I have worked with individuals, couples, and groups from a variety of backgrounds and life circumstances. I’m also a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, currently under the supervision of Brian Sharp, LPC-S, NCC. In addition, I hold certifications as a trauma professional and as a first responder provider, which allows me to offer specialized support to those who have experienced trauma, as well as to first responders who face unique challenges in their work.

Finding a therapist who is a good fit is essential to the healing process, and I truly believe in the importance of creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and focused on supporting you in a way that aligns with your unique needs and goals.
I would be honored to have the opportunity to work with you, guiding you on your journey toward healing and positive transformation.
