Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable goods

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

​

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

​

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

​

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us to arrange the replacement.
