  • It’s Not Just Talking About Your Past for Years on End
You won’t be lying on a couch, reliving your childhood for the next decade. Therapy with me is not about staying stuck in the past—it’s about understanding how the past shaped you so you can move forward. We’ll work in the here and now, with an eye toward where you want to go.
  • It’s Not Vague Nods and Empty Echoes
So many clients come to me after seeing therapists who just listened—politely, quietly—but didn’t actually help. Therapy isn’t just about being heard. It’s about being understood. It’s about receiving honest, compassionate feedback, and walking away with insight and tools that lead to real change.
  • It’s Not About Me Telling You What to Do
I hear it all the time: “I just need some advice.” “Tell me what to do.” But real therapy isn’t about handing you a script for your life. If advice alone could solve things, you’d already be there. Instead, therapy helps you reconnect with your own voice—your own values, your own clarity—so you can make decisions that truly align with who you are and what you want. Yes, I’ll offer guidance. Yes, I’ll teach practical, proven tools from approaches like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy). But more importantly, I’ll help you evaluate what’s actually working for you—and what’s not.
  • It’s Not Judging, Diagnosing, or “Fixing” You
You’re not broken. You don’t need to be fixed. You might just be exhausted from holding it all together. Or confused by patterns you can’t quite break. Or disconnected from who you really are beneath all the pressure, pain, or performance. Therapy isn’t about making you into someone else—it’s about helping you reclaim who you’ve always been, beneath all the noise.
  • It’s Not a Place Where You Have to Filter or Explain Who You Are
Especially for LGBTQ+ clients, therapy has too often been a space of discomfort—of subtle judgment, coded language, or feeling like you have to educate the person across from you. Not here. I specialize in LGBTQ+ individual and couples therapy because you deserve a space where you don’t have to explain, apologize, or defend who you are. This is a space of full affirmation, deep care, and real partnership.
  • So What Is Therapy?
It’s a process of uncovering, unlearning, and rebuilding. It’s a space for clarity, courage, and practical change. It’s where you come to be seen, supported, and strengthened—not just heard. You won’t leave every session with all the answers. But over time, you will leave with something better: the confidence to trust yourself again.

A Calling Beyond This World: My Journey as a Medium

Some people choose mediumship. For me, it chose me.

From a young age, I sensed there was more to life than what we could see. I’d hear whispers when no one was there. I’d feel a presence enter the room long after the door had closed. These early experiences with the unseen weren’t frightening—they were mysterious, magnetic, and deeply moving. Even then, I knew something extraordinary was unfolding. I just didn’t yet have the language to explain it.

What began as a child’s quiet knowing has since become my life’s work and sacred calling.

Determined to understand and refine this gift, I sought out some of the world’s most respected evidential mediums—those who, like me, believe that spiritual connection must be more than comforting… it must be credible. Over the years, I’ve trained rigorously, learning how to bring through not just vague impressions, but irrefutable evidence—names, memories, personalities, and validations that leave no doubt: your loved ones are still with you.

In 2015, I received formal certification in spirit communication through Soul Sessions Academy, a foundational step in learning how to honor the responsibility of this work with clarity and care. My journey then took me to the internationally acclaimed Arthur Findlay College in Stansted, England—“The World’s Foremost College for the Advancement of Spiritualism and Psychic Sciences.” There, immersed in a community of gifted practitioners, I studied advanced techniques in mediumship and spiritual communication—sharpening my abilities in a setting built upon evidence, ethics, and spiritual truth.

But training alone isn’t what makes this work sacred. It’s the intention behind it.

As an ordained interfaith minister through the Universal Life Church, I hold deep reverence for the diversity of human belief and experience. Whether you come to me with religious conviction or spiritual curiosity, you will be met with compassion, respect, and a space that honors your unique path.

Today, I stand as an evidential medium not just to deliver messages, but to bear witness to the enduring power of love.

To remind people that their stories don’t end in death. To help the grieving reconnect with the presence they thought they had lost. To say—clearly and without hesitation—"They are still with you."

This is not just what I do. It’s who I am.

If you feel called to reconnect, to receive validation, or simply to experience the peace of knowing that your loved ones are near… I would be honored to be the bridge.
